When we first arrived at the museum, we ate lunch. I had a PB&J sandwich, my brother got a salad while my Mom and Dad got burgers. After we ate, we went to the gift shop where I found a stuffed animal which is a bunny and Hunter found a stuffed animal snake. I really like my bunny and am happy I was able to get it. I’ve given it two names, one is Shadow Bunny and the second is Bun Bun. When we where done looking through the shop we went to the American Indian area then went outside and looked at the forest fire trail. After learning about the effects of fires we went to the exhibit of the Miller Family Ranch. The ranch showed how people a hundred years ago lived and settled in the area. We learned what they do to work, and I even learned how they had to pump a well to get fresh water to drink, do laundry and more. They even had a working model that I got to try out. From the ranch we went and saw some Otters, and their exhibit had two dollar bills in the water, which wasn’t good for the animals.
