So, two years ago we did our first summer long trip around the Northwest and we had a blast. When we got back to Colorado at the end, we spoke about doing that every summer when the kids were out of school, and we instantly knew we had to upgrade our camper and truck to be more conducive for this experience. As a result, we traded in our 4Runner and Wildwood camper for a Ram 1500 Rebel and Keystone Cougar camper.
The other major change unfortunately wasn’t by choice. For the past 6 years we had Sassy, she was an absolutely wonderful dog. She passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 23 from a stroke. This loss was very difficult, and imagining doing a summer adventure without our companion was difficult to think about. The best way for us to honor Sassy was to provide a loving home to another pup that needed one, enter Shiloh. Shiloh has been awesome, she’s integrated really well into to the family and she’s really taken to the camping life!!
